BXB is currently in the process of preparing a comprehensive masterplan for the whole site. Following further consultation with the local planning authority, it’s likely that this exercise will address the following known items:

• planning policy
Key to delivering a comprehensive masterplan is liaising and consulting with the community and key stakeholders. We have an open mind and are keen to hear people’s views.

Once we have concluded our consultation, we will submit a planning application to Blackburn with Darwen Council, which we hope to do by the end of July.
